ASHTANGA YOGA

A session suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced level practitioners that looks at posture variations, dynamic vinyasa, balance poses and supple strength. A heat producing practise based on the Mysore system of Hatha Yoga as enhanced, developed and established by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Some experience of yoga may be beneficial, but is not essential as adaptations and modifications are given throughout.
